Post/Butoh Dance Workshop with Min Yoon
3:30 – 5:30 PM

Composition, decomposition, combination.
In COMPOST MIX REMIX, we dance to sense the process of connecting and becoming: the ancient, natural body in interaction with contemporary layers of private and public media and memories. We search for new mixes, for release, for pleasurable confrontations, and unfolding processes.

In post/butoh, the spirit of “be kind”—encountering one another on equal terms—can be experienced anew. Body and perception themselves become the starting point of artistic practice: through imagination, embodiment, and contemporary rituals.

In good weather, the workshop will take place in the garden of the cemetery chapel, among trees and open sky.

Min Yoon is a post/butoh dancer and performance artist. Min explores involuntary and unconscious movement in improvisational settings beyond language and learned knowledge, connecting physicality, voice, silence, and ritual.
